This role will work in partnership withthe rest of the WLCH operational team, and specifically the Service Manager, to deliver an effectiveserviceinPaediatric Outpatient andensure high quality patient care and experience. Main duties of the job The Assistant Service Manager will; Be intensely patient focused, ensuring that patient quality and care is at the forefront of their decision makingBe responsible for the delivery of high quality and efficient patient services in Paediatric theatresBe accountable for the operational performance of services that sit within their remit, including but not limited to RTT performance and theatre utilisationSupport the Service Manager, Deputy General Manager and the Service Directors with the operational management of the services About us Our Trust is one of England's top-performing and safest trusts.
