Jewish Care Care Team Leader (Days) The closing date is 30 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary Jewish Care is seeking a caring, motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our care team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older people. In this daytime role, you will lead and support care staff, coordinate daily activities and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and responsive care that meets their individual needs. You will help promote dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life, while ensuring care plans are followed and high standards are maintained. Working closely with colleagues, residents and their families, you will contribute to a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected and supported. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on care with team leadership and make a meaningful difference to residents and their families every day. Main duties of the job Are you passionate about providing excellent care and inspiring others to do the same? Join Jewish Care as a Care Team Leader and play a vital role in helping older people live with dignity, comfort and choice. You will guide and support colleagues, lead by example and help create a positive environment where residents feel safe, respected and at home. We are looking for someone with experience in a care setting, confidence in supervising others and a compassionate, proactive approach to meeting individual needs. A relevant Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, is required, alongside good communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
