Main duties of the job As an ANP/ACP, you will be responsible for reviewing and clinically assessing online requests submitted by patients across our participating practices. Using your advanced clinical knowledge and professional judgement, you will determine the most appropriate outcome for each request. This may include providing clinical advice and treatment directly through our online platform, arranging further assessment, directing patients to another healthcare professional or escalating urgent cases where necessary. You will work closely with GPs, other ANPs/ACPs, allied health professionals and administrative colleagues to deliver a safe, responsive and coordinated service. This is a clinically focused role for someone who enjoys autonomous decision-making, managing undifferentiated presentations and finding practical solutions to meet patients' needs.
