KFM Pharmacy Performance & Governance Officer The closing date is 09 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary The Pharmacy Performance & Governance Officer plays a key role in supporting the effective governance, performance management, and continuous improvement of KFMs Outpatient Pharmacy service. Working closely with the Outpatient Pharmacy Management Team, the post holder will coordinate governance and assurance processes, monitor performance against key objectives, contracts, and service standards, and support the delivery of quality improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining governance records, risk registers, performance dashboards, and management information, ensuring that risks, compliance requirements, and actions are effectively monitored and reported. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders across KFM, King's College Hospital, and external partners to support safe, efficient, and high-quality pharmacy services while driving operational performance and continuous improvement. Main duties of the job We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Pharmacy Performance & Governance Officer to support the governance, reporting, and performance management activities within our Outpatient Pharmacy service. This varied role involves monitoring key performance indicators, coordinating governance meetings, maintaining risk and action logs, supporting audits and assurance activities, and producing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. You will also contribute to service improvement projects, business planning activities, and operational change programmes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple priorities while supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-focused pharmacy services.
