Jewish Care Registered Manager - Anita Dorfman House The closing date is 30 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary Jewish Care is seeking an experienced and inspiring Registered Manager to lead Anita Dorfman House, our nursing home at the Sandringham campus in Stanmore. Offering a salary of £75,000 per annum, this is an opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to shape the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for older people, including residents living with dementia and those requiring end-of-life care. You will provide overall leadership and operational management of the home, ensuring excellent clinical standards, regulatory compliance and a positive resident experience. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will drive continuous improvement, oversee workforce planning and financial performance, and develop a culture where colleagues feel supported and accountable. Working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external partners, you will help ensure every resident receives safe, compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. This role is contracted at 39 hours per week, with an expectation of being on call as required, which may include nights and weekends. Applicants must hold a recognised nursing qualification and a valid NMC PIN, alongside substantial senior management experience in health or social care.
