Join Elysium Healthcare as the Category Manager - Business Services to lead the development and delivery of category strategies across a diverse portfolio of corporate and operational services. In this role, you will take ownership of a range of Business Services categories. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will develop and implement category strategies that deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and ensure the organisation receives maximum value from its third-party expenditure. You will lead end-to-end sourcing activities, from understanding business requirements and market analysis through to tendering, contract negotiations, supplier selection, and implementation. Using your commercial expertise, you'll identify opportunities for standardisation, supplier consolidation, demand management, and service improvement while ensuring procurement decisions support operational and organisational priorities. Main duties of the job As a Category Manager - Business Services at Elysium Healthcare, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of category strategies across corporate and operational services. Your role involves leading sourcing activities, from understanding business requirements and market analysis through to contract negotiations and supplier selection. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement strategies that deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risks. A key part of your responsibilities will include managing sourcing pipelines, negotiating commercial terms, tracking benefits, and ensuring maximum value from third-party expenditure. Your expertise in procurement and supplier management will allow you to drive measurable savings and provide trusted commercial advice to stakeholders across various departments including Finance, Legal, IT, and Clinical teams.
