Main duties of the job As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. Work closely with clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. You will strive to maintain quality within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in quality health outcomes through audit. Provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model, including consultation sessions, telephone triage, and other clinical administration. Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC. Work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan.
