About the role: We are looking for someone to make a real difference to the lives of local people while leading a service that sits at the heart of Adult Social Care We are looking for an experienced and collaborative leader to join our team as Brokerage & Supplier Quality Manager. In this role, you will lead a dedicated brokerage service that helps residents access the right care and support at the right time, ensuring services are high quality, person-centred and deliver the best possible outcomes. You will work closely with social workers, health colleagues, care providers and commissioners to shape care solutions that promote independence, choice and dignity for people across our community. This is an opportunity to influence how care services are commissioned and delivered, using your expertise in relationship building, market management and negotiation to improve quality, drive value for money and support sustainable care provision. You will lead and develop a skilled team, champion continuous improvement, and play a key role in supporting hospital discharge pathways, safeguarding vulnerable residents and strengthening partnerships across health and social care. Key requirements include: Knowledge: Strong understanding of adult social care, health and care markets, and brokerage services. Knowledge of commissioning, procurement and supplier management processes. Understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance, relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
