About the role: As the Practice Improvement Lead you will work within the Quality assurance (QA) framework to raise practice standards and deliver improvement programmes for identified service areas. Be this through organising audits and other QA activity. Be involved in QA requirements of the Care Quality Commission assurance framework. Have a focus on areas of practice, such as Deprivation of Liberty, Continuing Health Care,  strengths-based practice, and cultural competence. You will be involved in facilitating learning forums and events, give specialist advice and support. A major part will be to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. >> Click here to download the Role Profile << Key Responsibilities: Teams and managers are informed about themes arising from QA activity and supported to address these Ensure statutory requirements are met and measured against expected outcomes To inform Senior managers of feedback gained through auditing and review Produce quarterly and annual reports Qualifications and Requirements: To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements: Relevant professional qualification (BA Social Work or equivalent) At least 4 years post qualifying experience of working with older adults in receipt of social care, adults with physical disabilities and other adults in need of support.
